Thank you for expressing interest in Illinois Extreme Volleyball Club.
This is just a friendly reminder that tryouts are this Sunday, March 18 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at GameTime Gym. If your daughter is planning on participating please make sure to complete/bring the following with you on Sunday.
1.) Register online with USA VB (Jr. Membership $32 / Tryout Membership $5)
2.) USA VB Medical Form
3.) Standards of Conduct Form
4.) $10 Tryout Fee (Checks made payable to GameTime Gym)
**There is a large number of girls interested in participating this season, so there is the possibility of some athletes not making a team this year.
